Delete Your Spree Account
Delete from inside the app
- Open the Spree app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
- Scroll to "Do you want to delete your account?" and tap Click here.
- Review what you will lose and confirm.
- Enter the verification code we text to your registered number.
Your account is closed as soon as the code is confirmed.
If you cannot sign in, email hq@spree-app.com from the address on your account, or include the phone number you registered with. We verify ownership before deleting anything and complete verified requests within 30 days.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. There is no way to restore a deleted account.
Your SpreePoints, passes, tickets and rewards are forfeited. They are not refundable. An unused ticket for an upcoming event will be voided with no refund.
The phone number cannot be used to create a new Spree account for 90 days. After that it is released and you can sign up again as a new user, starting over with no points, passes or referral history. Accounts suspended or flagged at the time of deletion stay blocked permanently.
What happens to your data
Your name, username, photo, phone number, email, date of birth, payment methods, followed venues, submitted photos and push tokens are erased from your account. Remaining records are purged within 90 days, except the following.
